Why here
On the covered walkway from the hospital
Vision Exchange sits on the sheltered, elevated pedestrian network that runs from Jurong East MRT past Westgate and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. If you have had an operation at Ng Teng Fong, or you are under a clinic there, you can walk to us without crossing a road or going out in the sun.
That matters more than it sounds. Post-surgical rehabilitation runs for weeks, sometimes months, and the appointments people keep are the ones that are easy to get to.
The clinic serves Jurong East, Jurong West, Bukit Batok, Bukit Gombak, Chinese Garden, Lakeside, Clementi and the Jurong Gateway offices.
What we will treat here

Assessment & Treatment
One standard 45-minute physiotherapy or hand therapy appointment, nett, no GST. Most of it is treatment. We work out what is actually driving the problem, and then we treat it, in the same appointment. You do not pay for a consultation and come back another day to be treated.

Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, level 2
The clinic will be on the second floor of Vision Exchange, unit #02-02, reached by lift.
The whole walk from the MRT is sheltered. Take Exit B at Jurong East and follow the elevated pedestrian network past Westgate and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital. Three to five minutes, no road crossings, no sun.
By MRT
- Jurong East MRT, on the East West and North South lines.
- Take Exit B and follow the sheltered elevated walkway past Westgate and Ng Teng Fong General Hospital.
- You arrive at Vision Exchange on Venture Drive in about 3 to 5 minutes.
By bus
- Services 51, 78, 79, 97, 98, 105, 160 to Jurong Town Hall Bus Interchange, which is right next door.
- Or alight at any stop along Jurong Gateway Road, or at Jurong East MRT, and use the sheltered walkways.
Driving and parking
- Take the PIE or AYE and exit towards Jurong Town Hall Road.
- Turn into Boon Lay Way, then onto Venture Drive, where the building carpark entrance is.
By taxi or ride-hailing
- Ask for Vision Exchange, 2 Venture Drive, or for the drop-off beside Jurong East Bus Interchange.

20 October 2026. You can book any date from the 20th now, online or on WhatsApp.
Can I book there now?
Yes, for any date from 20 October. Use the online calendar or WhatsApp 8242 7340. If you would rather start sooner, we can book you at Orchard, Tampines, Serangoon or Tanjong Pagar, at the same $230 per appointment.
I was operated on at Ng Teng Fong. Can I walk over?
Once we open, yes. Vision Exchange is on the same sheltered elevated walkway as the hospital, so you can get here without crossing a road. Until then, send us your operation note on WhatsApp and we will tell you when rehabilitation should start and arrange it at the nearest open clinic.
Who will be working there?
Zita Sham and Ching Yee for physiotherapy, Jasmine Ang for hand therapy, and Norhayati Ahmad for sports and deep tissue massage. Tell us the problem and we will tell you which of them treats it most often.
Will the price be the same?
Yes. Every appointment at every Phoenix clinic is $230, nett, no GST.
Where are your other clinics?
Orchard, Tampines, Serangoon and Tanjong Pagar. Clementi, Bukit Batok and Jurong West patients are usually closest to Orchard until Jurong East opens.
