You will not be assessed today and treated next week. Finding the real problem is half the battle. Treating it is the other half, and both happen in the same 45 minutes.
No referral needed to start. Messages are answered during clinic hours.
What you are booking
One appointment, in two parts
The first half finds the core issue driving the problem. Treatment aimed at the wrong thing is wasted, so this part is not a formality and it is not a form-filling exercise.
The rest of the appointment treats it. Hands-on work, joint mobilization, tendon gliding, splinting, exercise, whichever applies to you. Most of the 45 minutes is treatment.
You leave knowing your stage
Not a vague sense of progress. Which stage you are in, what is complete, and what has to be true before the next one is added.
You leave with a written plan
On paper, in your hand, with a home program. Not emailed to you later.
You leave with a date
Your next review is booked with the same therapist before you go, not left to whenever it flares again.

How it goes
Three steps
- You message us. Tell us what happened and how long it has been going on. If you have a referral letter or a scan report, send a photo of it. It changes what we look for.
- We match you and confirm a time. You are matched to the therapist whose declared clinical interest fits your problem, at whichever clinic suits you. You stay with the same therapist through the program.
- You come in and get treated. Forty-five minutes. Assessment, then treatment. You leave with your stage, your written plan and your next appointment in the diary.

Your therapist tells you how many appointments you need at the assessment and writes it down. Every appointment is $230, so the total is simply the number of appointments.

Every clinic has its own online calendar. Choose the clinic, then the time. Your plan and your measurements move with you, so changing clinic partway through does not mean starting the history again.

Before you book
The questions we get asked
Do I need a doctor’s referral?
No. You can book directly. If you do have a referral letter, a surgeon’s protocol or a scan report, bring it or send a photo beforehand. It changes what we are allowed to do and how quickly.
Will I actually be treated on the first visit?
Yes. That is what the appointment is. The only exception is if what we find needs a doctor first, in which case we will tell you that and tell you who to see.
How many appointments will I need?
Your therapist tells you at the assessment and writes it down. It depends on the problem, not on a package. Every appointment is $230, so the total is simply the number of appointments. As a guide, a straightforward wrist fracture program runs around twelve appointments over twelve weeks.
What should I bring?
Any scan reports or letters, your splint or brace if you have one, and clothing that lets us see and move the affected area.
What if I need to change the appointment?
Let us know as early as you can and we will move it.
Can I claim on insurance?
This depends on your policy. Tell us your insurer when you book and we will tell you what we can issue.
What if you are not the right people for my problem?
Then we will tell you, and we will tell you who is. That happens, and it is a better outcome than twelve weeks of the wrong treatment.
