Since 2014, Zita has gained experiences in a wide variety of settings, providing physiotherapy to patients in the ICU, inpatient wards, outpatient clinics and centres, as well as even in their homes.

 

Her expertise covers post-operative, musculoskeletal, sports, geriatric and neurological conditions. Zita strongly believes in providing a holistic approach to rehabilitation for her patients, helping them to improve their quality of life and achieve their therapy goals. Her main areas of interest are in the shoulder, knee and ankle. She also loves to provide home-based physiotherapy to reach out to the elderly and those in need of her expertise.

 

Aside from being a physiotherapist, Zita is also a dancer since 2011, who dedicates herself to learning about the limits of the human body first hand. She also has various passions in emotional awareness and health, playing the drums, travelling, nature and animal conservation, as well as gymming in her free time.
